How we help

Three ways we help you run Shopify commerce

SaaS platform

For merchants and teams running more than one Shopify shop.

Running several shops means switching between admins and answering “where is my order?” by hand.

What you get

  • All your shops in one order list
  • Changes that can wait for approval
  • A tracking page for your shoppers

Custom development

For teams that need more than a ready-made app can do.

An off-the-shelf app does not always fit the way you work.

What you get

  • A custom Shopify app
  • Integrations with the tools you already use
  • Back-office and admin tools

Your own server

For teams whose solution should run on infrastructure of its own.

A shared SaaS is not always the right home for what you build.

What you get

  • A server designed around your solution
  • Infrastructure built for you, not shared
  • A team that runs its own platform in production

The platform

One workspace for every shop you run

The product we build and run ourselves. Every list starts with all your shops together; the shop is a column you can filter by, never a step you have to pick first.

Orders and fulfillment

Every shop’s orders and shipments in one place

One order list across all your shops, with draft orders and disputes beside it, and one list of every package. Shipment status refreshes on its own.

  • Filter orders by shop, status or date
  • Set a shipment’s status by hand when a carrier gets it wrong

Control

Review a change before it goes live

Changes such as inventory levels, product SEO and discounts can wait for an admin or manager to approve. You see a before-and-after first, and nothing changes until someone says yes.

  • Refunds, cancellations, captures and deletes are owner-only and cannot be relaxed
  • Set the approval level for each shop in Approval Settings

For your shoppers

Answers for your shoppers

Send a shopper a link, or put a lookup page on your own storefront. Either way they see where the order is, and they never need an account.

  • Branded with your name, logo and accent color
  • A link page never shows an email, an address or an amount

And the rest of the workspace

  • CustomersProfiles with tags, notes and segments.
  • Inventory and productsOne master copy of each product, pushed to the shops you choose. Stock by location.
  • Storefront and marketingDiscount codes rolled out to many shops, plus collections, pages, redirects and scheduled blog posts.
  • AnalyticsRevenue minus costs, and a report on how carriers compare.
  • Alerts and integrationsDiscord and Telegram alerts for orders and deliveries. Google Sheets sync for orders, products and discounts.
  • Roles and audit logAdmin, manager and staff roles, and a log of sensitive actions.

What you can do today: everything on this page. Shopify is the only platform we support.

Security

You stay in control of what reaches your shops

Sign-in, access and changes to live shops are governed by controls you set, and each one is described on a page of its own.

How we handle security
  • Approval before it goes liveRefunds, cancellations and deletes always need an owner.
  • Two-factor sign-inOne switch for the whole workspace.
  • Roles and an audit logChoose who sees what, and see who did what.
  • No buyer contact dataAlerts and tracking links keep buyer contact details out.

About

A studio that builds what it runs

StoreFleet is a solutions studio for Shopify commerce. We build and run our own multi-store platform, and we build custom Shopify solutions and servers for others.

  • We run what we build

The platform on this page is built by us and operated by us in production.

  • Shopify first

The platform connects Shopify shops today, and every custom build starts from how your Shopify business works.

The S in our logo stands for Store — and for Solutions.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does it cost?

We do not publish pricing yet. Tell us what you need and we will reply with how we would approach it. Write to [email protected].

Can I just use the platform?

Yes. Create a workspace, connect a Shopify shop and use it on its own. Custom development and servers are separate: you only need them if the platform is not enough for your case.

What if the platform is not enough?

Tell us what is missing. We build custom Shopify apps, integrations with the tools you already use and back-office tools, and we can design a server for your own solution. We will reply with how we would approach it.

Do you build servers of your own for a solution?

Yes. Besides the shared platform, we design and build servers for a client’s own solution, so it can run on infrastructure built for that client. Tell us what you need at [email protected].

Will StoreFleet change my store without me knowing?

Changes to a shop start from an action by someone in your workspace, and depending on the kind of change they can wait for approval first. Refunds, cancellations and deletes always need an owner.

Installing the Shopify app grants StoreFleet a broad set of Shopify permissions up front. Holding a permission changes nothing by itself: a change happens when someone in your workspace runs it. The audit log records sign-ins, permission changes and other sensitive actions.

How is access controlled?

Every member is an admin, a manager or staff, and staff can be limited to the screens and shops you choose. An admin can require two-factor sign-in for the whole workspace, and an audit log records sensitive actions. See the security page for the full list.

Do my shoppers need an account to track an order?

No. They open the link you send them, or use the lookup page on your storefront with their order number and email.

How do I sign in?

Every workspace has its own address, <workspace>.getstorefleet.com. Choose Sign in at the top of this page, type your workspace name or paste its address, and we take you to that workspace’s sign-in page.

If you have just created a workspace, confirm your email first — sign-in stays closed until you do.

Which platforms does StoreFleet work with?

Shopify. It is the only platform supported today.
