Which app should I start with?

Start from the job you came with. Food information, packaging reports, customs papers and age checks are under EU compliance; order exports, invoices, delivery and payment rules under Orders and shipping; the idealo feed and wholesale accounts under Selling channels and B2B. Each app has its own page with what it does and what it does not do.

Which apps can I install today?

Etiketto: EU Nutrition Labels, Columna: Order Export & Sheets, Grammo: Packaging EPR Report, Paperly: Invoice Order Printer, Knotly: Gift Wrap & Messages and Wayvo: Order Tracking Page are on the Shopify App Store. The other apps are built and in Shopify App Store review; their pages offer to tell you when they are listed.

What do the apps cost?

Etiketto, Columna, Paperly, Mailcraft and Aetas are free to start, with a Pro plan from $4 a month. The other apps still in review are free. Every charge is billed through Shopify. See pricing.

Do the apps work in German and French?

Yes. The admin of 13 of the 14 apps comes in English, German and French; Wayvo’s admin is in English. Etiketto and Columna also come in Spanish, Italian and Japanese, and the messages Livra, Payora and Feldo show to buyers, like Wayvo’s tracking page, come in seven languages.

What does In review mean?

The app is built and submitted to the Shopify App Store, but it cannot be installed yet. Choose Tell me when it is listed on its page and we write to you once it is.

What happens to my data when I uninstall an app?

Uninstalling ends the app's access to your store at once. When Shopify then sends its erasure request, the app deletes that store's data. Columna never stores your orders: it builds export files in your browser.
