A sample shop has four delivery options and six rules. Change the address, the cart and the buyer, and see which options checkout shows, which are renamed or moved, and when checkout is blocked.
Sylt matches a postcode from the app's German islands preset; the Packstation address matches the parcel locker check on the address line. The rules, option names and messages are yours, and the app's simulator runs the same check on any cart, address and buyer before a rule goes live.
No rule matches this cart and address, so the buyer sees every option as your shipping settings create it.

Some hide-shipping apps keep postcode or product-tag conditions, or a second rule, for a higher tier. In Livra every rule can use any of its conditions.
Country, region and postcode by exact value, list, prefix or range. EU presets cover islands and special territories.
Product tag, collection, type, vendor and SKU, plus cart subtotal, weight and quantity. Presets cover chilled, alcohol and animal-origin goods.
Customer tag, login and B2B company, so trade buyers and guests can see different delivery options.
Up to 200 rules, and a simulator to test each one before a buyer sees it. Rules run as Shopify Functions, which stores on any Shopify plan can use from a public app.
Shopify shipping profiles decide which rates exist, not when they make sense. A chilled product still gets the slow option, an island postcode still sees next-day delivery, and a parcel locker gets the bulky item.
The buyer picks what is shown, and you fix it after the order.
Product tag, collection, type, vendor and SKU; cart subtotal, weight and quantity; country, region and postcode by exact value, prefix or range; customer tag, login and B2B company; weekday, dates and time of day; and address lines such as PO boxes or parcel lockers.
chilledHide options, give them a clearer name, move them to the top or bottom, or block checkout with a message in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Polish. EU presets cover islands and special territories, chilled, alcohol and animal-origin goods; presets start switched off.
The simulator takes a cart, an address, a customer and a language, and shows which rules match, each option's result and whether checkout is blocked. It runs the same engine as checkout and sends nothing there.
A rule applies when all of its conditions match, or any one of them, as you choose. These are the conditions, the actions and the presets you build rules from.
* at the end for every SKU that starts with it{title} for the current titleDay, date, time and address line conditions work with the hide and block actions; a hide rule with them cannot also check the customer, and blocking checkout works with day and date but not the time of day. Presets create rules switched off, so you check them first. Up to 200 rules.
Pick conditions and an action, or start from a preset.
Try a cart and address and see what the buyer would get.
The rule runs at checkout as a Shopify Function.
Knowing the limits up front saves you an install.
It works with the options your shipping settings already create, and does not add new ones.
There is no count of checkouts a rule stopped.
Rules run at checkout, not in theme code.

No. The rules run at checkout as Shopify Functions; nothing is added to your theme.
No. Its rules run as Shopify Functions. Shopify lets stores on any plan use Functions from public apps on the Shopify App Store; only custom apps with Functions need Plus.
The app's access ends at once and the store is marked uninstalled. Its records are deleted when Shopify sends its erasure request 48 hours later.
If a cart is too large for the rules to be checked, checkout goes ahead by default. You can change that in the app's settings.
