Order #2051 leaves a shop in Hamburg with a scarf and a pair of gloves. Pick where it goes and which document you need, and see what the PDF says and in which language.
The document language follows the destination when it is set to “From the destination”, or you fix English, German or French. Descriptions, HS codes, origins and weights come from your variants and the app's customs descriptions; the EORI number, the packaging weight and the document numbers from the app's settings.

Every parcel outside the customs union needs the same facts again
A parcel leaving the customs union needs a description, an HS code, the country of origin, a weight and a value for every line, on the form the carrier asks for.
Those facts live on each variant. When one is not filled in, it is often found only at shipping time, or when the parcel is held.

How much does it cost?
Free. There is no paid plan and no charge for any feature.
Which Shopify permissions does it ask for?
Read orders and draft orders, to build the documents; read and write products, to read and fill in HS codes and origin on variants; read locales, for document languages.
Do I need to change my theme?
No. The app runs in Shopify admin and adds nothing to your storefront.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. It is a public app for the Shopify App Store.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
The app's access ends at once. PDFs are not stored by the app, and its records are deleted when Shopify sends its erasure request.
Where do the HS codes come from?
From the HS code and country of origin fields on your Shopify variants. The app shows which ones are missing; it does not choose a code for you.
