Order totals your accountant can use: one row per order, exported to Excel

Sending order figures to your accountant every week or month often means rebuilding the same report each time. Save it once as a template, export it to Excel, or have it emailed to you on a schedule. The app does not connect to accounting software; you send the file.

One row per order

Choose one row per order in the template, so each order and its totals sit on a single row.

The columns your accountant asks for

Subtotal, shipping, taxes, discounts, total and refunded, plus tax lines and transaction gateways. Put them in the order your accountant expects and rename the headers.

Saved once, exported every period

The template is stored in your store. Each period, set the date range and download the XLSX file. The file is built in your browser.

Emailed on a schedule, with Pro

Pro adds scheduled email exports, daily or weekly, so the export comes to you without opening the app.

The properties end up in one unreadable cell

Personalised products carry their details as line-item properties. Shopify's own export puts them nowhere useful, so someone copies engraving text and sizes out of each order by hand.

That is slow on a normal day and a source of wrong orders on a busy one. If all you need is Shopify's own orders CSV as a sheet you can sort, with order details on every line-item row, the free Shopify order CSV to Excel converter does it in the browser.

What you get

One column per property
