Terms of service
The terms for using StoreFleet: the Shopify app, the web dashboard, the desktop agent and the platform connections behind them.
Last updated 28 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and StoreFleet. By installing a StoreFleet app, creating a workspace or connecting a shop, you accept them on behalf of yourself or the business you act for. Before you connect an Etsy or WooCommerce shop, StoreFleet asks you to tick that you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. Our Privacy policy describes how data is handled.
2. The service
StoreFleet lets you run one or more online shops from one workspace: view and change orders, products, customers and content, and have changes approved before they reach a live shop. Today it connects to Shopify; Etsy and WooCommerce connections are in preview and may change or be withdrawn.
If you use AI with StoreFleet, either StoreFleet Agent or an AI tool you connect yourself through MCP, it acts through the approval rules in your workspace, the same as a person: a change that needs approval is not written until a person approves it, and refunds, cancellations and payment captures wait for an Admin. StoreFleet Agent also acts only through the playbooks in your workspace. You are responsible for the AI tools you connect and for the changes you approve.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- Keep your password, two-factor codes, workspace connection key and agent access token secret. Anyone holding them can act in your workspace.
- You are responsible for what you and the members you invite do in your workspace, including changes you approve.
- Only connect shops you are authorised to manage, and only process data you have the right to process.
- Tell your own customers how their data is handled, as your privacy obligations require.
4. Connected platforms
Each platform you connect has its own terms, and you must keep to them while using StoreFleet with that platform. StoreFleet reaches your shop only through the platform’s official API, within the permissions you grant, and stops when you revoke them. When a platform is unavailable or limits requests, the affected StoreFleet screens and actions are limited too.
Shopify, Etsy and WooCommerce are trademarks of their owners. StoreFleet is not endorsed or certified by them. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
4a. Etsy shops
When you connect an Etsy shop you also keep to Etsy's own terms and policies, including its Creativity Standards. StoreFleet only creates Etsy listings as drafts, after you confirm the item meets those standards, and you activate them on Etsy yourself. StoreFleet does not send order, shipping or tracking messages to Etsy buyers; when you add tracking, Etsy notifies the buyer. AI agents connected to your workspace cannot access Etsy shops.
DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY STOREFLEET (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
Support for StoreFleet, including its Etsy connection, is at hello@reply.getstorefleet.com.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use StoreFleet to break the law or a platform’s terms, to access shops or data you are not allowed to, to send spam, or to probe, overload or work around the service’s security. To report a security problem, see Security.
6. Your data
Your shop data stays yours. You let StoreFleet process it only to provide the service to you, as the Privacy policy describes.
7. Fees
If a plan you choose carries a fee, it is shown to you before you are charged.
8. Availability and warranty
StoreFleet is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind and without an uptime or response-time guarantee. Review what a change does before you approve it.
9. Liability
StoreFleet changes your shops only on the instruction of you, the members of your workspace or the rules and agents you set up. It does not ship goods and is not a party to any sale between you and your customers. To the extent the law allows, StoreFleet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid StoreFleet in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: uninstall the app from your platform’s admin, remove the shop from your workspace, or ask us to delete your account. What happens to your data then is set out in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may discontinue the service with 30 days’ notice.
11. Governing law
StoreFleet is operated by Jose James, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
12. Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and its date. Continuing to use StoreFleet after a change means you accept it.
