Found by order number and email, without logging in
A parcel is on its way, and the buyer wants to know where. When the shipping email is out of reach, they write to you, and someone looks up the order and copies the tracking number into a reply.
Wayvo gives them a page in your store, inside your theme, where they find the answer themselves: order number and email, no login.
The page sits at /apps/track in your store and uses your theme. From Home, Add to menu puts a Track your order link in your main menu. Buyers find an order by its number and email, with or without the #.
The page shows the order status, each package with its carrier, tracking number and a link to the carrier, the delivery steps and the items in it. Live statuses come from the carriers Shopify tracks; other carriers show the number and a link. An optional 17TRACK key adds scans from more carriers.

Edit the heading, colours, font and layout with a live preview before you save. The page comes in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish. Home shows lookups, the found rate and shipments that are delayed or have no carrier update.
Click Add to menu on Home and allow menu access: a Track your order link goes into your main menu.
Change the heading, colours or font. The preview updates before you click Save.
Open /apps/track, enter an order number and its email, and see the status, packages and items.
Knowing the limits up front saves you an install.
That page stays as it is. Wayvo adds a page buyers open from your store’s menu.
Live statuses come from the carriers Shopify tracks. Other carriers show the tracking number and a link, unless a 17TRACK key adds their scans.
The order is matched in memory. No email, order number or lookup history is kept, only a count of lookups per day.
The page is served in your theme through an app proxy, so it needs the Online Store channel.

Read orders and read all orders, to find the one order that matches the number and email a buyer enters, older orders included, and show its status, fulfillments, tracking numbers and items; Home also reads recent fulfilled orders to list shipments that are delayed or have no carrier update. Read and write online store navigation only when you click Add to menu, to add one Track your order link. Write files only when you upload a background image, to save it in Content > Files.
No theme code changes. Shopify serves the page inside your theme at /apps/track through an app proxy, and Add to menu puts the link in your main menu. It needs the Online Store channel.
No. It is a public app on the Shopify App Store. It needs the Online Store channel, because the page is served in your theme.
The /apps/track page stops working. 48 hours later, Shopify’s shop erasure request deletes the shop’s settings and lookup counts. The app never stored anything about your buyers.
The carriers Shopify tracks. For other carriers the page shows the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site. With your own 17TRACK key, it adds scans from more carriers.
Install it, add the Track your order link to your menu and look up one of your own orders.
