Turn a month of honey orders into report figures

A sample shop ships honey in glass jars. Pick the country the orders went to and how many jars each held, and see the figures Grammo adds up for that country's report.

Each order

Two shipping rules decide the box: up to 1 item goes in a mailer box, anything bigger in a carton with air pillows. The weights come from the packaging you describe once; the app reads which orders were shipped where and adds up the grams.

The report asks for kilograms you do not have

Germany and France want to know how much packaging you put on their market, by material, every period. Shopify knows what you shipped and where, but not what the box, the filler and the tape weigh.

So the figures end up in a spreadsheet built by hand from an order export, and nobody wants to redo it when a box changes.

What you get

A library of your packaging

Record each component with its material, weight in grams and role. Attach components to variants, and add rules for the shipping box an order goes out in.

Ready for LUCID and Citeo

Germany uses the eight LUCID material categories and exports LUCID XML. France follows the Citeo 2026 grid. Every report also exports to CSV or XLSX. Your registration numbers can show in the storefront footer or a theme block, with no theme file edits.

How it works

  1. Describe your packaging

Add each component once and attach it to the variants and boxes that use it.

  2. Pick a country and period

The app counts the fulfillments shipped there in that period.

  3. Report it yourself

Export the file and enter the figures with LUCID, your dual system or Citeo.

What it does not do

Knowing the limits up front saves you an install.

  • It does not report for you

You stay the declarant. The app does not submit anything to LUCID, a dual system or Citeo.

  • It does not register you

Registration with LUCID or Citeo is yours to do; the app shows the numbers you already have.

  • It does not weigh packaging

Weights come from the components you enter. To total grams per material for a few packaging parts by hand, try the free packaging weight EPR calculator.

Questions before you install

Something else? Write to hello@reply.getstorefleet.com.

How much does it cost?

The reports are free: Germany and France, LUCID XML, the Citeo grid, worksheets for four more countries and the registration numbers in your store. Pro is $6.99 a month or $69 a year, billed through Shopify, with a 7-day free trial. It adds report snapshots with an evidence pack, declared vs. shipped quantities and daily email alerts.

Which Shopify permissions does it ask for?

Read orders, including orders older than 60 days, to count what you shipped; and read and write products, to attach packaging to variants. It does not ask to read your themes.

Do I need to change my theme?

No theme file edits. The registration numbers show through an app embed in the footer, which works on any theme, or an app block on an Online Store 2.0 theme.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. It is a public app for the Shopify App Store.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

The app's access ends at once. The packaging metafields stay on your products. The app's own records are deleted when Shopify sends its erasure request 48 hours after you uninstall.

Which countries does it cover?

Germany, with the LUCID material categories and LUCID XML, and France, with the Citeo 2026 grid. Austria, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands get worksheets in the ARA, RPP, CONAI and Verpact categories, as CSV or XLSX, plus a checklist of deadlines and official sources. Those four are worksheets to copy from, not official upload files.
