About the StoreFleet blog
The StoreFleet team writes every guide on this blog. Here is who we are, how we write and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Who writes it
StoreFleet is a team of Shopify app developers who have worked in e-commerce since 2021. We build and support a family of focused Shopify apps for EU compliance, orders and shipping, and selling channels. Posts are signed "the StoreFleet team" because each one is the work of the team, not of one person.
How we write and check a guide
- We write about problems merchants bring to our support and about the rules our apps deal with every day.
- Drafts are written with AI help. Before a guide is published, every statement about one of our apps is checked against that app's code and its current plans and prices.
- For rules and laws we link the official source, such as the EU regulation or Shopify's help center. Points we could not confirm line by line are marked (verify).
- When an app, a price or a rule changes, we update the guide and show the new date at the top.
What the guides are not
Guides on labels, packaging, customs or invoices are general information, not legal or tax advice. Check the current official text or ask a qualified adviser before you rely on them.
Found a mistake?
Write to hello@reply.getstorefleet.com with the page address and what is wrong. We correct confirmed mistakes and update the date on the guide.
