What the agents do
Nine jobs, each with clear limits
Each agent does one kind of work, on a schedule or when a new order comes in. A new agent starts in shadow: it records what it would do and changes nothing until you switch it on.
Unfulfilled orders
Finds orders that have waited longer than your limit to ship and proposes the shipment. You add the tracking number and approve.
Refunds and cancellations
Spots orders that look like they need a refund or a cancel and prepares the proposal. It always waits for your approval.
Returns
Finds return requests still waiting for a decision and proposes approving or declining each one. You decide.
Low stock
Reads stock levels every few hours and flags variants that look about to sell out with nothing incoming. Any stock change is proposed, never made on its own.
Catalog SEO
Looks for products with weak titles and descriptions and drafts a new SEO title and description for you to approve.
Discount hygiene
Finds active discount codes that hardly get used and proposes turning them off. Nothing is switched off until you approve.
Store differences
Compares active products across your stores and lists the same product priced differently or with a different status, for you to review.
Morning report
One short summary of every store each morning: sales, orders, average order value, open to-dos, and what the other agents flagged.
What the agents do not do: chat with your buyers, run ads or order stock from suppliers. They only do the jobs above.
You stay in control
The agent proposes. You decide what goes live.
Every job runs at one of three levels, and you can set it per store. Anything that cannot be undone is held for a person, whatever the setting says.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Can an agent refund or cancel an order on its own?
Not with StoreFleet Agent. Refunds, cancellations, payment captures and other actions that cannot be undone are held at ask: the agent proposes them in your Inbox and a person approves or rejects. The app checks this when an agent is loaded and again every time it runs, so a setting or a prompt cannot raise it.
When you connect your own AI tool through MCP instead, that tool decides when to ask you, so set its permissions in the tool itself.
Which AI models can I use?
With StoreFleet Agent you bring your own: Claude Code, an Anthropic API key, or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, or a model running on your Mac through Ollama or LM Studio. StoreFleet does not resell model usage. Through MCP, you connect the AI tool you already use, such as Claude.
Do I need the Pro plan?
MCP, the connection AI tools use to reach your stores, is part of the Pro plan; see pricing. StoreFleet Agent reaches your stores through the same MCP server. It is in early access on Mac, and its pricing is not set yet.
Is there a Windows version of the agent?
Not yet. StoreFleet Agent is a Mac preview in early access. MCP works with any AI tool that supports it.
What if I do not want AI at all?
Then do not turn it on. Every screen in the app inside Shopify admin and in the web dashboard works by hand, and the agents and MCP are optional.
Can an agent chat with my buyers or run my ads?
No. The agents only do the jobs listed on this page. Need one for your own process? We build custom agents and tools.
